Our team was appointed to construct a modern commercial laboratory facility for Biograde, a company specializing in comprehensive material testing, including water quality analysis, air purity assessments, and various other scientific evaluations.

 

The project comprised a double-storey building designed to provide both functional laboratory space and administrative offices. The structure features a clean, contemporary exterior with secure access control and ample natural light through large aluminium-framed windows.

 

Internally, the building includes spacious, open-plan laboratory and office areas, high-volume ceilings with exposed timber trusses, and a striking double-volume staircase that enhances both functionality and architectural appeal. Durable tiled flooring, quality finishes, and carefully planned layouts ensure the space meets the practical demands of a working laboratory environment while maintaining a professional aesthetic.
